Anerkennung von Studien- und Prüfungsleistungen (Recognition of study and examination credits):

Study and examination achievements from previous courses of study or from previous universities can be credited to the current course of study if they are equivalent. Recognition should be applied for in the first calendar year after enrollment at the Hochschule für Musik Detmold. For this purpose, please contact studienberatung@hfm-detmold.de and, if necessary, arrange a meeting with your study advisor N.N. She works together with the Vice-Rector for Study and Teaching, Mr. Wolfgang Tiemann.

The AStA (Allgemeiner Studierendenausschuss – General Students’ Committee) represents the interests of the student body, e.g. vis-à-vis the rectorate and the university administration as well as outside of the university. More information can be found on the AStA website and on Facebook.

Auslandsstudium (Studying abroad):

Are you interested in an Erasmus+ stay during your studies?
Then please contact the International Office (Akademisches Auslandsamt). At HfM Detmold, the application deadline for the summer and the winter semester is 1 November and 15 March, respectively. You contact persons at the International Office are Mrs. Pahlke and Mrs. Lange.
