5. Bursary for Paris
The federal state North Rhine-Westphalia owns several artists' studios in the Cité des Arts directly on the riverside of the Seine opposite to the Notre Dame cathedral. These furnished studios - on demand also equipped with a piano or a second bed - can be rented to students and lecturers of our university for a period of two to six months. Only the additional costs of approximately 300.00 Euros per month have to be paid by the tenants. The rent as such is free of cost. In this time, an additional financial support can be granted for special artistic or scientific development projects.
