Prizes

1st prize: 7,500 euros and production of a solo CD under the auspices of the Detmold University of Music Erich Thienhaus Institute
2nd prize: 5,000 euros
3rd prize: 2,500 euros

In addition, the Detmold University of Music Foundation awards a special prize of 1,500 euros for the best interpretation of one or more works by Reger, Schönberg, Berg, Webern, Hindemith or Bartók in the 2nd round.

Follow-up engagements are currently confirmed with Bagno-Konzertgalerie Steinfurt (the oldest free-standing concert hall in Europe), Böblingen Piano Festival, Kulturkreis Höxter-Corvey gGmbH (recital), Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie, Partnerschaftsverein Detmold-Zeitz (Moritzburg) and Klassik in Spandau (Berlin).

The CD production will take place in the 2024/25 season.
