Studying and working with children
As a family-friendly university, we help students and staff with childcare in the evenings or at weekends while participating in internal university events (e.g. concerts or seminars). Private childcare costs can be subsidised from the budget of the Equal Opportunities Commissioners upon application. Moreover, the Equal Opportunities Commissioners provide a list of the internal child carer pool upon request.
- Per applicant, the offer can be taken up for three hours for a maximum of five events per semester.
- Students are reimbursed up to the actual amount (maximum EUR 10 per hour) and employees are reimbursed EUR 5.
- The application must be submitted by e-mail by the end of the semester.
