Travel and accommodation

Detmold can be reached by car via the A2, exit Bielefeld Zentrum, following the B 66 and B 239; or via the A 33, exit Paderborn-Elsen, following the B1.
By foot, you will reach the university from Detmold train station in approximately 15 minutes.
